There is a NO REFUND policy at Zeen Candle Co. Please be mindful of purchase selections due to this policy.
We value the quality of our products greatly. We construct our candles with great care, though they may, on a rare occasion, have diminishes in the wax due to their handmade nature + roughness during in transit. If your item is received with any product damages, you reserve the right to request an exchange for an identical item. Please reach out to email@example.com with photo of damages to initiate an exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and your own responsibility on returns.
We recommend using a trackable courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS when returning an item. Zeen Candle Co. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
